COMPETITION GENERAL SCHEDULE
BID UPGRADES
The Finale per athlete registration fee is based on the highest placement received at any Cheer and Dance Extreme event this season. Should a team earn a higher placement at a later qualifier, CDE will honor the highest placement bid that a team earns during the season. If you register your team and they go on to earn a better bid, just submit your bid upgrade to us and we will refund any overpayment. Coaches, please call (41)609-1212 if you have questions.
PAID BID INFO
For all Paid Bids a $150.00 per team processing fee is required. If the team elects to accept the PAID Bid after the deadline the processing fee will increase to $200.00 per team processing fee.
CROSSOVERS
Athletes are allowed to crossover to a maximum of 2 additional teams for All Star Elite Cheer teams & All Star Prep Cheer teams. Athletes on Recreation Cheer teams can crossover an unlimited amount of times. Athletes on All Star Dance teams can crossover an unlimited number of times. There are no additional crossover discounts because each teams earns their bid independently. First Performance will be on the highest earned bid. Second Performance will be on the next highest earned bid. Crossover pricing is 1/2 price of the open registration rate. ALL STAR PREP TEAMS
AS Prep teams are eligible to participate and WELCOME to compete at the Finale. Awards are the same as traditional divisions.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All teams must be paid in full prior to attending The Finale. NO Exceptions. No Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event if a team withdraws for any reason. A 75% refund is available to teams withdrawing from the event at least 45 days before the event. A 100% refund will be available to teams withdrawing from the event at least 60 days before the event date. All refunds will be issued back to the program in the manner in which payment was originally made.

WHY ATTEND THE FINALE?
Cheer & Dance Warm-up
- All Star Prep competes only on Saturday.
- All other divisions will compete on Saturday and Sunday.
- All first place team athletes & 2 coaches receive FINALE jackets (1 per crossover if they win on multiple teams)
