CDE follows USASF guidelines for ALL Dance Divisions. This includes All Star Dance, Recreation Dance, and School Dance Divisions.
The rules/age grids are available through your USASF Member Profile by taking the following steps:
1 - Log into your USASF Member Profile
2 - In the top right hand corner, look for your program name and a drop-down menu that links to the rules.
3 - You will be able to view, download and/or print a PDF version of the rules.

Time Limit - Each team will have a minimum of 1 minute and 45 seconds (1:45) to a maximum of 2 minutes and 15 seconds (2:15) to demonstrate their style and expertise. Timing will begin with the first choreographed movement or note of the music. Timing will end with the last choreographed movement or note of the music, whichever happens last.
